Kristina has over 25 years of experience advising and directing non-profits and advocacy groups. She is the former director of NCRC’s National Training Academy and campaign manager for the ACLU. Kristina specializes in capacity building and resource development for organizations and campaigns. She is an expert in enforcing the Fair Housing Act and Community Reinvestment Act, which requires banks and local governments to invest fully in local non-profits and low-income communities. Kristina holds a law degree from Florida A&M College of Law and is a lifelong advocate for racial and social justice. Kristina enjoys gardening, yoga, comedy, and traveling in her free time.

Joshua has a passion for helping not only individuals, but organizations succeed and prosper. Josh has years of developing individuals and organizations through his work at the Library of Congress and National Community Reinvestment Coalition. He has over ten years of management experience, most in the nonprofit sector. He earned a masters’ degree in Organizational Change and Development from Penn State University.
In his free time, Joshua enjoys the outdoors, which includes hiking and kayaking. He is also an amateur photographer who loves the beauty of nature and all its mastery.

Kenedy Musante is a dynamic Brand Marketing Coordinator at LINGA with a background in journalism, content creation, and experiential marketing. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a B.A. in Multimedia Journalism and a minor in Communications, Kenedy is passionate about using storytelling, design, and strategy to bring brands to life.
At LINGA, she leads end-to-end coordination for national trade shows, develops brand-focused content across social platforms, and writes scripts for videos and podcast appearances. Whether she’s coordinating travel logistics, creating marketing assets, or engaging with customers on-site, Kenedy brings creativity, organization, and heart to every detail.
Previously, Kenedy served as the Social Media Manager at Cedric DuPont Antiques, the largest dealer of rare 17th–19th century French and Italian antiques in the U.S. There, she produced daily social content (Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts), launched creative campaigns, and collaborated with complementary accounts to grow online engagement and brand presence.
She also gained production and content marketing experience at BrandStar, creating digital content for six nationally broadcast television shows—including The Balancing Act and Military Makeover—and hosted her own talk show, Connecting with Kenedy, where she explored authentic, impactful storytelling.
With additional experience in hospitality, customer service, insurance, and large-scale nonprofit event planning, Kenedy thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in her ability to connect with audiences, elevate brand identity, and execute from concept to completion.
